Hello again.
· Dan
It's been a little while since we last properly updated the Realmac Software blog - posts were few and far between as we've been incredibly busy over the last few months. Starting today with this shiny new blog we're going to make more of an effort to keep our loyal (and might I add beautiful) users in the loop. So what's been happening since the start of the year’
In January we moved offices once again. This time we moved to somewhere with a little more space for us to grow into - 2,000 sq. ft. of space to be exact - and along with the new space we hired Chris and welcomed Milen as an intern for the summer.
Chris is a pixel-pushing-whizz, while Milen is a code-wrangling-genius (and the original author of EventBox/Socialite). So with these two new additions now in place, this puts the total of Team Realmac (not including freelancers) to a whopping nine. Yes, nine! That's pretty crazy when you consider around 4 years ago it was just Ben and myself working out of a spare room in my flat.
Anywho, back to the here and now. I feel very fortunate and proud to have such a talented group of people here at Realmac HQ, all with the same goal of making truly great software. We have a bunch of absolutely awesome projects in the pipeline that I really can't wait to share with you. To kick things off, early next week we'll be revealing our new logo.
And because we keep hearing requests (you know who you are!), we'll be posting some photos of our new new office later this month too.
So, this is the part where I tell you to follow us, subscribe, and generally get all excited about the future of Realmac Software!
