Yes, we offer refunds. Every software purchase made directly from Realmac Software comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you've bought one of our apps and you're not happy, let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we'll issue a refund.

Bought through the Mac App Store or Setapp? Please request your refund from them.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected]. Forwarding your original email receipt will help us find and process the purchase more quickly, although it is not required.

We generally issue refunds within 48 hours, often quicker.

You don't need to include a reason, but we really appreciate your feedback, because it helps us improve our apps.

Subscriptions and renewals

The 30-day money-back guarantee runs from the date you initially purchase a license. During those first 30 days you can cancel your subscription and request a refund, no questions asked.

Subsequent annual subscription renewals are not refundable under our 30-day money-back guarantee, and cancelling does not refund unused time in the current update period.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Manager. If you cancel, your current update period stays active until the next renewal date. Your license does not expire, so you can keep using the latest version released during your update period.
